This 6,000 square foot private residence in Regent’s Park was a 65-week programme, delivered in close collaboration with Dowen Farmer Architects and Laura Hammett.

Key structural works included alterations to the main spine wall and the connection between the primary residence and the mews at the rear. A section of garage wall was removed to accommodate a fire-rated glass screen, allowing views of the car lift from within the home.

A full M&E upgrade was delivered to a high specification, including wet underfloor heating and electric underfloor heating in wet zones. Climate control systems were installed throughout, alongside Lutron-controlled lighting and a fully integrated AV system.

Finishes included joinery by Ashton Bespoke, our in-house joinery division, with kitchens and storage crafted using high-end stone, veneer and metal detailing. A standout feature was the installation of a double-height wall and roof, complete with integrated sliding doors, creating a seamless connection between the mews and the main house.

The project team also included SWP as MEP engineer, Constructure as Structural Engineer, and IQ Glass for glazing.
