Using his wide ranging and varied industry experience, Peter has developed a critical eye, understanding that attention to detail is key for a successful design and delivery of InteriorLAB projects.

Joe is a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET), with over 13 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, on projects as large as £3m.

As Group Commercial Director, a key role in our leadership team, Joe is responsible for the success of the Construction and Engineering departments, ensuring perfect delivery and promoting high standards of safety, training and quality of delivery across the business.

Piew is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry, ranging from high-end residential, office fit-out, and retail fit-out.

Piew has a track record of success in managing the commercial aspects of construction projects and providing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making. He consistently delivers projects within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

As our Senior Construction Manager, Martin is responsible for evaluating and identifying all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project.

Martin is well-respected in the industry and has worked on projects up to £5M. Martin’s natural leadership skills, along with his unmatched ability to organise time and workload, make him a valued member of our team.

Mathew is a seasoned construction professional with over 27 years of experience delivering high-end prime residential projects across London. His expertise spans Grade II listed refurbishments, complex structural works, and luxury fit-outs.

As Head of Construction, Mathew oversees the delivery of all projects across the business, providing leadership and support to both project management and site teams. He ensures consistency, quality, and best practice are maintained across every stage of delivery.

Throughout his career, Mathew has led multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to handover, consistently achieving exceptional standards under tight constraints. He is highly skilled in managing large teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations, while maintaining a relentless focus on programme, quality, and client satisfaction.

Ken is the most experienced member of our construction delivery team and is the key point of contact for delivering our projects. His detailed understanding of construction management, commercial aspects and safety standards is well regarded amongst clients, landlords and sub-contractors.

Ken has over 30 years of management experience working throughout the country, and is now focused on key projects in London and the South East.

John’s 37 year experience within the construction industry gives expert and relatable knowledge that a client and their team needs.

One of John’s strongest skills is his attention to detail and understanding of design and finishing. His calm and professional manner enables him to gain the trust of the client and those he is managing, creating a positive working environment.

Chris joined the InteriorLAB team with experience in both commercial and residential estimating. His past projects include ultra-prime houses across the South of England.

Chris has successfully transferred all previous skills into the estimating role and has shown a strong determination to achieve. A strong asset to the company, the whole team are grateful for the constant positivity and dedication he brings to the workplace.

Sam is a qualified architect who has a wealth of knowledge in the residential and commercial sectors.

In his role as Head of Design, Sam works to drive out design risk through detailed analysis, collaboration and critical thinking.

With a focus on enforcing a richness in both design and detail, Sam is a key and constant part of the pre-construction and build processes, enhancing quality with deep understanding of the project, attention to detail, adaptability and coordination with the wider design teams and supply chain.

Phoebe is our Senior Finance Assistant, bringing a wealth of experience across finance and accounting roles. Currently completing her AAT Level 2 Diploma in Accountancy, she has developed strong expertise in supplier account reconciliation and financial reporting.

Phoebe has worked with large companies handling high volumes of invoices and payments while streamlining process for enhanced efficiencies. Her proactive approach and strong organisational skills make her a valuable addition to our finance team.

Eleanor Connolly is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience across design, technical delivery, and project coordination. She has worked with leading architectural practices in London, contributing to residential, educational, and cultural projects from concept through to completion.  
Eleanor combines strong technical proficiency with creative design skills, supported by a robust academic background in architecture and postgraduate studies in professional practice making her an asset to the InteriorLAB team.

Kat is a commercially minded professional with over 10 years’ experience across the prime residential and interiors sector. Her career has been built at the intersection of high-end design and client engagement, where she has supported high-value projects, developed strong industry relationships and built long-term connections across the A&D community.

Ian is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with nearly 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has delivered a diverse portfolio of complex new build, refurbishment and restoration projects across the residential and commercial sectors, with particular expertise in listed buildings throughout London and the Home Counties.

Beginning his career as a carpenter, Ian has progressed through management roles to become a Senior Project Manager with extensive technical and practical knowledge. He has experience managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning and programming, health and safety, resource management and subcontractor coordination, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and design teams throughout the process. Known for his collaborative approach, Ian consistently delivers projects to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction, making him a valuable member of the InteriorLAB team.

Andrew is a highly skilled pre-construction manager with over 23 years of super prime, residential, retail, restaurant and commercial experience in the UK construction industry, complemented by recent international bidding expertise in the Saudi Arabian market. He is adept at leading complex bids, managing tender submissions, and enhancing value for money while maintaining the highest quality standards. Andrew’s expertise spans tendering, risk and cost management, and project delivery strategies, making him an analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented professional.

With a solid understanding of commercial procedures, Andrew consistently delivers competitive and client-focused results.

Mark is a seasoned project manager and site manager with over 20 years of expertise, specialising in super prime construction projects. His extensive experience encompasses managing high-end residential refurbishments across prestigious London areas, such as Belgravia, Mayfair, and Knightsbridge. Mark is highly adept at coordinating diverse teams, liaising with architects, designers, and clients, and delivering projects with exceptional attention to quality and detail.

His skills in project planning and execution, coupled with proficiency in industry-standard software, ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Mark’s proven ability to oversee complex super prime developments highlights his commitment to excellence and his adaptability to meet the most demanding specifications.

Ruby is a highly organised Project Administrator who provides essential support to both the construction and commercial delivery teams, helping to ensure projects are administered efficiently from pre-construction through to completion. She plays a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting compliance processes and coordinating the day-to-day administration that underpins successful project delivery.

David is a skilled Project Manager with experience overseeing large-scale residential and commercial projects. He brings both hands-on technical expertise and strategic project leadership.

David has delivered numerous high-value projects, including high-end residential fit-outs and commercial developments across London. He is adept at programming, budgeting and contract administration, ensuring every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Abi is a qualified Architect (ARB) with experience designing and delivering complex projects across the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. Working across all RIBA work stages, she brings a strong understanding of design management, project coordination and technical delivery, supporting projects from concept through to completion.

Throughout her career, Abi has coordinated design information and maintained clear communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Her collaborative approach, technical expertise and attention to detail enable her to manage design, programme and compliance requirements across every stage of a project.

With a passion for delivering well-considered and high-quality projects, Abi combines architectural knowledge with strong project coordination skills, making her a valuable member of the InteriorLAB team.

Liam is a proactive Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience across commercial fit out and high-end residential projects. Highly organised and adaptable, he combines a strong understanding of construction processes with excellent communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Liam has gained hands-on experience supporting and leading quantity surveying activities across refurbishment and construction projects, including pricing variations and working alongside a wide range of trades. His experience includes complex, high-value residential projects in Holland Park, giving him valuable exposure to basement construction, structural works and high-quality refurbishment. His strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to developing his commercial and technical knowledge make him a valuable addition to the InteriorLAB team.

As our Sustainability Manager, Andrew brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of sustainable construction. With a career that began in South Africa as a labourer, he mastered various trades before transitioning into management. His knowledge of site operations and sustainability practices makes him an invaluable asset in driving environmentally responsible projects forward.

Having played a pivotal role in achieving BREEAM Outstanding for our Wardour Street project, his expertise is instrumental in guiding additional projects toward sustainable outcomes without compromising scope, programme, or budget.

Mark is a commercially focused finance professional with extensive experience leading finance operations across complex, multi-entity organisations. He brings a strong background in management reporting, financial controls, cashflow forecasting, budgeting and audit, providing clear and accurate financial insight to support effective business planning and decision-making.

With proven experience leading finance teams and working closely with senior stakeholders, Mark combines strong analytical capability with a calm and considered approach. His expertise in financial reporting, compliance, forecasting and process improvement enables him to provide robust financial oversight while supporting the wider operational and strategic needs of the business, making him a valuable member of the InteriorLAB team.

Cameron is a Chartered construction professional with experience delivering complex, high-value residential and heritage projects, ranging in value from £10m to £200m. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning and enabling works through to substructure, superstructure, high-specification fit-out and handover.

With a strong technical and hands-on approach, Cameron has worked across challenging listed, constrained and operationally sensitive environments, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and specialist subcontractors while maintaining close communication with clients and stakeholders. His structured approach to project delivery, programme management and risk mitigation, combined with a strong focus on quality and safety, makes him a valuable addition to the InteriorLAB team.

Ilona is a highly organised Project Coordinator with experience supporting construction projects and delivery teams. She specialises in project documentation, Procore management, contract setup and document control, helping to maintain accurate project information and support efficient delivery from initial setup through to completion and handover.

With strong attention to detail and a proactive approach, Ilona works closely with Project Managers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to coordinate information, monitor project requirements and keep documentation and reporting up to date. Her organisational skills, commitment to accuracy and focus on improving processes make her a valuable addition to the InteriorLAB team.
