Peter has spent the last 25 years in architecture, fit-out and refurbishment, offering expert advice in design and technical planning, commercial and property strategy.

Responsible for the management of our growing business, motivating our dedicated team and taking overall accountability for the exceptional delivery of our projects.

Using his wide ranging and varied industry experience, Peter has developed a critical eye, understanding that attention to detail is key for a successful design and delivery of InteriorLAB projects.

Joe is a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET), with over 13 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, on projects as large as £3m.

As Group Commercial Director, a key role in our leadership team, Joe is responsible for the success of the Construction and Engineering departments, ensuring perfect delivery and promoting high standards of safety, training and quality of delivery across the business.

Kristian brings over 25 years of construction industry and board-level experience to our Leadership Team, and a wealth of knowledge ranging from in-situ refurbishments through to large multi-million pound developments.

Accomplished at budget preparation, change management, quality standards, process and project delivery strategy, he has comprehensive knowledge of our procedures from end to end, with a ‘hands-on’ approach to problem solving and a motivational management style.

Piew is a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry, ranging from high-end residential, office fit-out, and retail fit-out.

Piew has a track record of success in managing the commercial aspects of construction projects and providing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making. He consistently delivers projects within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

As our Senior Construction Manager, Martin is responsible for evaluating and identifying all tasks and risks from bidding to project undertaking, implementation and up to the final completion of the project.

Martin is well-respected in the industry and has worked on projects up to £5M. Martin’s natural leadership skills, along with his unmatched ability to organise time and workload, make him a valued member of our team.

Mathew is a seasoned Project Manager with over 27 years of experience delivering high-end prime residential construction projects across Central London. His expertise spans Grade II listed refurbishments, complex structural works, and luxury fit-outs, including basements, swimming pools, and bespoke finishes.  

Mathew has led multi-million-pound developments from pre-construction through to handover, consistently achieving exceptional standards under tight constraints. He is adept at managing large teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with CDM and health & safety regulations.

Ken is the most experienced member of our construction delivery team and is the key point of contact for delivering our projects. His detailed understanding of construction management, commercial aspects and safety standards is well regarded amongst clients, landlords and sub-contractors.

Ken has over 30 years of management experience working throughout the country, and is now focused on key projects in London and the South East.

John’s 37 year experience within the construction industry gives expert and relatable knowledge that a client and their team needs.

One of John’s strongest skills is his attention to detail and understanding of design and finishing. His calm and professional manner enables him to gain the trust of the client and those he is managing, creating a positive working environment.

Guy joined the InteriorLAB team with a wealth of experience in the construction industry and a strong knowledge of technologies, tools and best practices.

As a qualified Mechanical Engineer, he works closely with our residential refurbishment team overseeing complex installations. Guy is recognised for his keen ability to problem solve and improve design components, and for always delivering to exceptional standards.

Chris joined the InteriorLAB team with experience in both commercial and residential estimating. His past projects include ultra-prime houses across the South of England.

Chris has successfully transferred all previous skills into the estimating role and has shown a strong determination to achieve. A strong asset to the company, the whole team are grateful for the constant positivity and dedication he brings to the workplace.

Fiona has worked in the financial sector for over twenty years in both plc and SME environments. She brings a broad range of experience and in-depth financial  system skills.

As our Financial Controller, Fiona has complete responsibility for ensuring our supply chain transactions are seamlessly integrated within our project programmes.

Sam is a qualified architect who has a wealth of knowledge in the residential and commercial sectors.

In his role as a Design Manager, Sam works to drive out design risk through detailed analysis, collaboration and critical thinking.

With a focus on enforcing a richness in both design and detail, Sam is a key and constant part of the pre-construction and build processes, enhancing quality with deep understanding of the project, attention to detail, adaptability and coordination with the wider design teams and supply chain.

Michelle brings valuable experience in administration and facilities management, making her a strong addition to the InteriorLAB team. In her role as Office Administrator, she ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations, handling everything from administrative tasks to urgent priorities that arise throughout the day.

With a keen eye for organisation and the ability to adapt quickly, Michelle balances multiple responsibilities while keeping efficiency
at the forefront. Her proactive approach and understanding of shifting priorities makes her an integral part of our team.

Phoebe is our Senior Finance Assistant, bringing a wealth of experience across finance and accounting roles. Currently completing her AAT Level 2 Diploma in Accountancy, she has developed strong expertise in supplier account reconciliation and financial reporting.

Phoebe has worked with large companies handling high volumes of invoices and payments while streamlining process for enhanced efficiencies. Her proactive approach and strong organisational skills make her a valuable addition to our finance team.

Eleanor Connolly is an accomplished architectural professional with extensive experience across design, technical delivery, and project coordination. She has worked with leading architectural practices in London, contributing to residential, educational, and cultural projects from concept through to completion.  
Eleanor combines strong technical proficiency with creative design skills, supported by a robust academic background in architecture and postgraduate studies in professional practice making her an asset to the InteriorLAB team.
