Financial Controller

Jim has worked in the Construction Industry for the last 10 years, initially as Project Accountant with responsibility for maintaining the profitability and efficiency of project commercials.

He has also acted as Financial Controller and Financial Director both in construction and manufacture, with responsibilities to senior management and director level. Jim has complete responsibility for ensuring our supply chain transactions are seamlessly integrated within our project programmes, and the projects are delivered on budget.

Hannah joined the team in 2018 and having completed a course in IOSH Managing Safely helped to develop, promote and establish a positive safety culture within the company.

Now working with the Project Team, the role of Project Coordinator is to ensure project activities are continuously scheduled and completed, across both pre-construction and construction roles.

Hannah has meticulous attention to detail and strives for perfection and continuous improvement on each and every project.

Joe is a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET), with over 13 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, on projects as large as £2m.

As the Managing Director of our engineering team, Joe is responsible for designing and delivering all mechanical, electrical and communications services on projects, bringing an enthusiastic approach to managing both clients and subcontractors.

Oliver brings a wealth of joinery and construction experience to our team, skills such as fine detailing knowledge which are ideally suited to his position as Project Manager.

Responsible for involvement in the early pre-construction process, Oliver undertakes detailed site surveys, develops the contract sum analysis and ultimately is responsible for perfect delivery of his construction projects, from start to finish. Oliver has ACA, ICA and NVQ qualifications, and is experienced in CAD technical design.

Our Services
Design

We will engage with you to fully understand your brief, and from this design a solution to meet the requirement. Our in-house CAD and Technical teams will support whatever requirement your project needs - heating and cooling, ventilation and extraction, electrical and lighting, audio visual and automation, fire and security. Our engineers will be on hand to undertake full validation and appraisals of existing systems, identifying existing components and infrastructure to support our designs, through to maintenance and life expectancy of installed equipment.

Consultancy

Our Project Directors will guide you through the design, commercial and management options that will define success of your project. Each stage will be managed with your understanding in mind, offering a clear and concise proposal without resorting to baffling engineering speak (unless you really want it!). On some projects an independent engineering consultant may oversee your project - as part of our collaborative approach we would welcome such an opportunity.

Installation

We provide full installation capability through in-house engineers and our select partners, all of whom are approved for the high-quality standards set by Engineering x InteriorLAB. Our installation engineers carry full commercial accreditations, such as F-GAS, REFCOM, NICEIC amongst others, and are key to successfully delivering fast track projects. Our Prime Residential engineers carry the same accreditations but are more suited to the delicate environment of high net-worth luxury residences.

Project Coordination

Each project will be managed from start to finish by the same Project Director, who will also act as the Project Coordinator whilst the installation work is taking place. Using the support of our core administration teams, we thrive on achieving perfect delivery, on time and budget.

Our Lifecycle Manager will offer you the support you need to secure the future of your serviceable equipment, which is your hugely valuable asset.
