
Amber joined our team at the beginning of 2022 taking on Health & Safety and Project Co-Ordination. Transferring
previous skills to her role with great confidence and efficiency. Amber’s strong communication skills aids
her ability to organise materials and labour with suppliers and subcontractors without fault.
Amber recently moved into our Sales & Pre-Con Department and is looking forward to bringing her positivity and great attention to detail to a new role.
Ellie joined the team in 2020 and with the ability to simultaneously manage various projects and
schedules, Ellie has since helped to organise office functions and oversee daily operations of the
office.
Working alongside the Project and Finance Team, the role of Office Manager is to ensure project
activities are continuously scheduled and monitored across both pre-construction and
construction roles.
Ellie is detail-oriented with years of experience and has helped the company with the accreditation
of ISO 9001.
Daisy joined our team in 2021 with a wealth of knowledge following her management of various projects
across Europe. Transferring the previous experience she gained to her work at InteriorLAB, Daisy’s
passion shines through and the results show the meticulous detail she puts into every task.
Daisy’s confidence and strong management skills are apparent when dealing with clients and
subcontractors in both commercial and residential settings. The Project Manager role requires
commitment, organisation, and positivity for success, which is well suited to Daisy’s ambitious
personality
Ken is the most experienced member of our construction delivery team and is the key point of contact for delivering our projects.
His detailed understanding of project management, commercial aspects and safety standards is well regarded amongst clients, landlords and sub-contractors.
With 30 years of management experience working throughout the country, now focussing on key projects in London and the South East.
Jim has worked in the Construction Industry for the last 10 years, initially as Project Accountant with responsibility for maintaining the profitability and efficiency of project commercials.
He has also acted as Financial Controller and Financial Director both in construction and manufacture, with responsibilities to senior management and director level. Jim has complete responsibility for ensuring our supply chain transactions are seamlessly integrated within our project programmes, and the projects are delivered on budget.
Peter has spent the last 23 years in architecture, fit-out and refurbishment, offering expert advice in design and technical planning, commercial and property strategy. Responsible for the management of our growing business, motivating our dedicated team and taking overall accountability for the exceptional delivery of our projects.
Using his wide ranging and varied industry experience, Peter has developed a critical eye, understanding that attention to detail is key for a successful design and delivery of InteriorLab projects.
Joe is a Member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology (TMIET), with over 13 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, on projects as large as £2m.
As Group Commercial Director, Joe is responsible for the success of the Construction and Engineering departments, ensuring perfect delivery and promoting high standards of safety, training and quality of delivery across the business.
Oliver brings a wealth of joinery and construction experience to our team, skills such as fine detailing knowledge which are ideally suited to his position as Project Manager.
Responsible for pre-construction processes and activities, Oliver undertakes detailed site surveys, programme and risk management, and develops the detailed contract sum analysis for our construction teams to build from. Oliver has ACA, ICA and NVQ qualifications, and is experienced in CAD technical design.
