Peter will coordinate all client and contractor pre-construction activities in his role as the Project Director, and will lead the construction and technical teams through to project completion.
Ultimately responsible for the quality and delivery of each Interior Lab project, Peter has a critical eye, understanding that attention to detail is key for a successful design and delivery of Interior Lab projects.
Joe has spent 11 years in the engineering field, using his experience to create detailed electrical designs and managing the installation of services on projects up to £2m in value.
Responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical and communications services on projects, Joe brings an enthusiastic approach to managing both client and subcontractors on Interior Lab projects.
Ken is the most experienced member of our construction delivery team and is the key point of contact for coordinating our projects.
His detailed understanding of project management, commercial aspects and safety standards is well regarded amongst clients, landlords and sub-contractors.
With 25 years of management experience working throughout the country, but focussing on key projects in London over recent years.
Jann joined the team in 2013 and has completed some of our notable projects, including Sigma Aldrich, Wiggle, Bespoke Cycling and Bright Graham Murray.
Responsible for the daily running of a single project, Jann brings the necessary focus and management of activities between trades.
Working closely with the Project Manager the role is critical to the success and harmony of the project delivery.
Sam has been with Interior Lab since its formation and brings with him an enthusiastic approach to the pre-contract and coordination stage of every project.
The role does not stop prior to the start of construction, Sam offers support to site and client teams throughout the project and into our aftercare service.
Sam has a BSc in Economics and a passion for understanding of the environmental aspect of projects.
Oliver brings a wealth of joinery and construction experience to our team, skills which are ideally suited to his position as Pre Contracts Manager.
Responsible for detailed site surveys, creating the contract sum analysis and delivering key detailing into our construction teams.
Oliver has ACA, ICA and NVQ qualifications, and is experienced in CAD and technical design.
